Service Description

Your boiler is the heart of your home and having heating and hot water is an essential part of daily life, so it is vitally important you have it checked annually. And if your appliance is still under warranty you will need a service record to keep it valid. Once your service is complete, we will walk your system and make sure everything is in perfect working order ready for when you need it most! A fire service does not just mean dropping a smoke pellet down the back and giving you the thumbs up! We will remove your fire from the catchment space and give it a thorough clean. Once we are happy, we will then do a full flue flow continuity test followed by the all-important spillage test once it is back up and running. There may be times where we will need to replace safety critical seals, this may be down to visible wear and tear or advice from the manufacturers, we will advise where necessary of all additional costs before we proceed. ** We will always aim to be with you for the time you have booked but sometimes things don't go to plan! So, please be flexible with us by at least 30 mins. Rest assured we will keep you updated and call you when we are on our way or if we are running a little bit behind!
