Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP-12)

Service Description

Landlords, it is your responsibility to have your gas appliances checked each year. If you are using an agent, they need a copy of your Gas Safety Certificate (CP-12) before they can move anybody in. We offer a range of services starting from the basic CP-12 to a full service on all the gas appliances (recommended). Once the work is complete we will issue you a copy of your certificate. Price list: CP-12 (no service) of 1 x Room Sealed Boiler - £54 inc VAT CP-12 and boiler service - £108 inc VAT CP-12 and fire service - £108 inc VAT CP-12 Boiler and fire service (also includes back boilers) - £210 inc VAT Additional appliances e.g. hobs - £12 inc VAT ** please note it is recommended that ALL gas appliances are serviced annually, if you require a fire check then this must include the service price as it MUST be removed from the catchment space** ** We will always aim to be with you for the time you have booked but sometimes things don't go to plan! So, please be flexible with us by at least 30 mins. Rest assured we will keep you updated and call you when we are on our way or if we are running a little bit behind!
