Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP-12)

Service Description

Landlords, it is your responsibility to have your gas appliances checked each year. If you are using an agent, they need a copy of your Gas Safety Certificate (CP-12) before they can move anybody in. We offer a range of services starting from the basic CP-12 to a full service on all the gas appliances (recommended). Once the work is complete we will issue you a copy of your certificate.
